When an AAN is completed for a business application, does the AAN have to have the FCRA info (i.e., our credit decision was based in whole or in part....) with the name of the CRA listed. In this case, it looks like there were three owners and credit was pulled for each. The reasons for denial was "excessive current obligations" and "value or type of collateral".

To clarify...in this case, the applicant was an actual business (not an individual - for a business purpose).

Assuming the individuals were going to guarantee the loan, would the denial reason not be "excessive current obligations of the guarantors"? You are not denying the individuals, so the credit score disclosure would not be required.

Okay...yes..the individuals were going to guarantee the loan, so in that case...no factors, etc. required.

If they were applying jointly with the company also, then factors, etc. would be required?
