I am going to add on to this.
I am getting really confused because the guarantor is a consumer and almost every regulation I have looked at says "if the consumer...". To me, this makes the guarantor eligible for all the protections, disclosures, etc. provided by the regulations. However, as I research past posts, people keep saying the regulations (other than joint intent under Reg B) don't apply to guarantors.
WHAT AM I MISSING???
It's not that I take life for granted. It's only that the good won't make it. Innocence dies, while Villany Thrives.
