Does anyone have a copy they would be willing to share of the ACH Authorization form and approval letter used when establishing a customer on automatic debits for payments on an outstanding loan?

Do you continue to send monthly statements even though the customer is set up on ACH, and if no what method do you use to notify if there is a change in payment amount?

I tried to e-mail you a copy, but our system refuses to send e-mail to "Anonymous"

I guess your bank will have to hire an attorney to draft the authorization since they don't want anyone to know their employees need assistance from time to time like the rest of us.

It isn't that the bank doens't realize we need help. It was more being new to the format, I wasn't aware sharing of email was the standard or a requirement since I had seen several unregistered or anonymous posts.

Thanks anyway for making me feel welcome.

Al - If you don't mind, I would appreciate an email with a copy of your materials.
