I know from a previous thread that if a client does cash back on a deposit that requires a CTR to list it as negotialbe instrument cashed. My question is on line 22 of the new CTR, I list the about of the cash out, but do I also list the client's account number or fo I leave the account number blank? Thanks

The number of the deposit account into which the check is deposited using the cash-back would not be listed, because there is no cash transaction affecting the account. The cash transaction is the partial cashing of the check.

If that check happens to be an on-us item, however, you should list that account on which it's drawn.
