Loan on the books that matured and will be extended for 2 years, is it HMDA Reportable. We are not satisfying the current loan, the initial purpose was to payoff a construction loan. WE are extending the loan to provide them with time to seek for refinancing. I don't believe this is a reportable transaction.

If you're doing a modification agreement it would not be reportable.
