...just found out that the mortgage department is distributing "thanksgiving" plastic cups (with a mortgage center card attahced) to realtors and builders. Cheap. Is this OK?

IMO -

If to 'their' realtors and builders, technically, no.

If to all realtors and builders in your market area, even those who do not give you business, no-ish.

Either way... pick your battles. Inform the uppers of what is being done, why it may be a violation, the potential impact to the bank if someone snitches, the pobability of snitcher, etc, and let them make a judgement call.

When you get right down to it, it is an empty plastic cup... not box seats to a Cowboys game, although, these days, they may just have the same value. laugh
