Could we get CRA Donation credit if our bank donates space for a local college to hold a Farm Business & Production Management Program. This is a paid class offered to farmers in the market, runs from Nov-March once a week.

Not unless you can show how this met the definition of community development found in the CRA. Most likely what you did was economic development, not community development.

I don't think this would qualify as Investment or Service credit.

If this was a no charge program put on to help farmers learn business skills (for small business/small farm purposes) I could perhaps see credit given for providing the space. Similar to the bank putting on seminars by CPAs etc for small businesses to learn financial skills.

If this is a paid course, I'm don't see the link.
