Annual Escrow statement shows a shortage. At closing it was not taken into consideration that the bank would pay the Dec. property taxes. The bank only escrowed for two disbursements for taxes. However, three tax disbursements were made. So my question is how should we have disclosed this on the GFE and the HUD-1A? Thanks.

I found the answer ---- RE taxes never go on the GFE and I think the RE taxes would go in the 1300 series on the HUD-1A correct?
