Are there any possible compliance problems with sending an adverse action notice to a customer if they withdraw their loan application?

None of the 3 boxes are checked and there isn't credit agency information filled out. Withdrawn is listed as the reason...

Thanks!

Doesn't the form say your application has been denied? I would not use a standard AAN for this purpose.

I hate using those canned forms for this but it does depend upon what your particular form says.
