We received an acknowledgment error on a CTR. We have an error code of F970 and an error context of account number (cash out 3. Both of us have looked over the CTR and we don't see anything wrong with it. We file a lot of CTRs on this client and have never had an issue before. I've sent FinCen a message but haven't heard back so I thought I would see if any of you have an idea of what I need to do.
