We are a bank that regularly has an employee pick up deposits from various business customers using a company car. At times there is cash included with a deposit. How should the conductor information be completed on a CTR if the cash from one of these businesses is over the reporting threshold?

First, you are most likely operating a mobile branch, so I hope you have a charter for this operation.

Second, the conductor is the person that hands the deposit to the employee.

Third, I sure hope your bonding and insurance company knows about this operation.

Fourth, I sure hope you're paying this employee well for the added personal risk he's taking on. When I was young and foolhardy I did this sort of thing, including taking tens of thousands of dollars in cash from one branch to another (between armored car visits). Now that I know better, I would not take on such a ridiculous assignment.

Lost in the rain.
I still know banks that refuse to pay for armored car services, and routinely make deposits with other banks in cash...crazy...just waiting for some young kid of a teller to get into trouble with that one...either with bad guy...or an inside job.
