My Bank is interested in purchasing iPads for the Board members and a Board Portal system for them to use for meetings.

I know of BoardVantage and BancIntranets as options, but I know very little about them.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a Board Portal system, through your own experiences?

We have been using them for about a year. The directors seem to like them. Several of them will still print out the entire packet and bring them to the meeting.

Do you require any additional acknowledgements/policies etc. regarding the destruction or use of documents downloaded through the portal and security of information & destruction of information? (privacy concerns mostly)

Does anyone have any suggestions for how and what to audit, beyond compliance with the policy, in regards to board ipads?

I would be interested in that as well.

My Bank has purchased a product from CSI called Web@work. Now it is my job to implement the product. I am looking for a Policy for the "Board Portal" does anyone have a sample policy?
