I bought myself a plane ticket to Dallas go watch my nephew play in the FCS National Championship football game on 1/5. That was the extent of my wish list. The gift I can't wait to give is the service for 12 Fiestaware that I bought my sister and BIL.

Gift I'm most excited to get - Not supposed to know that! (Disregard the fact that I bought 90% of my own gifts, LOL.) Gift I'm most excited to give - I mailed a box to someone I know in need and I am super excited for it to arrive. I got tracking on it and have been stalking the USPS website. ETA - yay! Delivered! And recipient doesn't know who it's from but is excited to have it. Makes my week.

Gift I am most excited to give: I'm excited to give my wife her new Cannondale mountain bike, so she can finally go riding with me. Another gift that I'd be even more excited to give: I'm hoping that my offer gets accepted in time, and I can give my brand new wife a brand new house!

I'm most excited to give my sister the clothes I bought her from Chico's. She's a single mom and doesn't have the 'extra' money to get herself much.
Most excited to get - seeing my family on Christmas night. This is the one day of the year that we all (generally) get together.

My adult son has decided he would like to build a computer, so he asked for parts - anything, he didn't care just to start the process. I haven't had so much fun shopping in years! So, he's getting an empty computer case, a power supply, a hard drive and a video card. I'll let him get his own mobo, processor, etc. I just wished he lived closer and we could work on it together.

Gift I'm most excited to get - Didn't ask for anything. I bought myself a new coach purse two weeks ago, I was excited about it. Our house is on the market - an offer would be nice.
Gift I'm most excited to give - Kindle Fire to each child.

To get...a week off with my son with nothing to do but bake cookies and play video games. To give...the gifts to my nephews on Christmas Eve. 3 are getting Legos. The wildest 2 are getting Nerf Guns. My sisters are going to hate my guts.

I didn't ask for anything, so there's nothing on my list! I'm really excited for my honey to open the canvas photograph of his daughters. I had professional photos taken when we had the girls one weekend and had them turned into a big 16x20 canvas. He has NO idea! And I'm really excited for my son to open the tool bag we bought him plus all the tools we got to go in it. He'll be sooooo excited about it! Even at 15, he LOVES to work. He's incredibly gifted with doing any kind of work that allows him to use his hands and build or repair, so he'll be really happy about having his own tools. My parents got him a cordless power drill too. I have a feeling he'll be doing a bunch of the work when we start a remodel next spring!

To get - with RRJen here, a week off to spend time with my daughter and my parents with no responsibilities other than to enjoy their company.
To give - Kid wonder's getting a new phone - can hardly wait for the look on her face when she finds it in her stocking Christmas morning!

What's the BEST gift/donation anyone has ever given?
(if you want to share, I realize not everyone will feel the need)

(if you want to share, I realize not everyone will feel the need) I believe that truly selfless giving should remain anonymous. Pointing out what you've done takes away the meaning of the gift, and draws the focus to the giver instead. Now, if you're just talking gifts to kids, spouses, etc...well, that's another story...

Only getting one actual gift this year (as far as I know) And it's the Star Trek themed version of a board game called Catan. I'm super excited.
Excited to give my daughter the ONLY thing she actually asked for- her first Vera Bradley purse (Lizzie in Lime's Up for those who will ask :)). Her grandmother is getting her a matching wallet and putting gift cards in it.

My boss gave me a bottle of bacon flavored vodka this morning...
I don't care if the world ends at this point, as long as I can try this liquid miracle tonight!

My kids are asking for video games, Ipod touches, and fancy dolls. My favorite, I got them the boardgame Battleship, old style, where you actually have to make the hit sounds yourself. I'm hoping they're just a little excited.
