Hello Oklahoma Bankers,

We are having a debate at my institution regarding whether or not POD's can be named with a percentage of disbursement assigned to them. Example: Jane Doe, POD (75%) John Doe, POD (25%). It is my opinion that POD's on Bank accounts are split evenly. Does anyone have knowledge of a contrary rule? Any citations would be great.
