Does anyone know of a software program to allow for all colleagues to input CRA Service activities OR willing to share an automated program template?? Manual process is KILLING me each quarter - excel and then tracking eligibilty activities and reporting! Ugh

Oh gosh, we looked at one of those quite a while ago....I can't remember what it was called though.

I'm not much help but at least I can tell you that there is one out there.

Angelpoints is one.

I have heard of using survey web based software as well; the results can be exported to Excel. Have set one up to try but haven't really had a chance to get too far.

We use a part of Office, I think it is called Sharepoint, to create the forms and databases to track metrics.
