Just had a customer come in and start screaming at a teller for no reason. She called him a jacka$$ and they had to be separated. (and yes, he was actually being very polite, so no idea where her outburst came from)
I LOVE working with the crazies!

Been there hopfuly you handed her a withdrawal silp and closed the account. Yes I know you can close it without a signature on a debit ticket. I just liked to see the expression of the customers face when I had them sign it.

I LOVE working with the crazies! That's a one way ticket to a new bank around here. Nobody cusses my tellers. I closed a guy last year and he said "You cant do that! I have $40,000 in this bank!" I told him that wasnt enought to put up with him.

If it were my call, absolutely.
He asked her not to use that kind of language when there are other customers in the bank, and she told him to drop HIS attitude. That's when the supervisor told her to go sit at her desk and she'd take over the transaction. I think if that hadn't calmed her down, we would have closed it- apparently there is only one teller she's not rude too. lol

If it were my call, absolutely.
I had that discussion with a SR VP SR VP: don't you need approval to close an account of the customer (customer was making death threats to one of my tellers). Me: no SR VP: DON'T you need approval to close the account Me: NO!!!!!

You like that one, same branch (branch from he..) I closed out 3 customers accouts one day all for abusing my staff total of all three was under $10.00

We need board approval to expel a member, so we don't get to be quite so (awesomely) dramatic. We can "suggest" they close their account if they don't like it, but even if they're violating the account agreement, it has to go up for a board vote. That could take a couple of days! Crazy old retired people should really be more accessible, not harder to find!

Why can't EdAudit pay for this? Hey "you people" from the gulf coast states have all that oil money. Besides it was not a beach until the tropical storm.

Whoever came up with the idea to put fake pockets that are sewn shut in dress pants was just a cruel, cruel person.  They get me all the time! I'm not sure how to react to this. These pants you're talking about, are they yours or someone else's?
