I understand the mention of no collection calls on inconvenient days under FDCPA (where the standard M-F may be the practice), but how do you all figure the Holidays into your schedule for making calls? How do you determine which Holiday is more important than others? Thanks

Unless you are collecting third party debt, which few banks get involved with, the FDCPA will not apply.

Besides, what collector wants to work on a holiday? A good rule of thumb would be, if the bank is open call. If not, don't.
