I have heard some banks are running the PLC list on a regular basis. However, upon researching Treasury's site, this list has not been updated since 2006. It also states on Treasury that this list is not part of the SDN list. Can anyone give me a link to get updated information on this list and what if any are the current requirements for this list?

Thanks!

The list has not been updated since 2006 - Try http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Terrorism-Proliferation-Narcotics/pages/index.aspx

According to instructions transactions must be rejected

I understand that and hence my question. If it hasn't been updated since 2006, why are banks still supposed to reject transactions? Has it been merged into another list other than the SDN?

My understanding is it's still a stand-alone list and applies as is
