We missed the 12/6/12 date to apply for the ELT Program, however we do auto loans on occasion and are thus planning to file by the 3/7/13 deadline. We are looking into what service provider we want to use and wanted to see how others made the decision? From the paperwork provided to us, there are 6 service providers to choose from and all of their rates are comparable. Thank You!

We chose our service provider, who charges $4 per title. Our Note Department Manager thinks the DMV will still charge their $15 for filing, and thinks we need to pass these fees onto our client. (Similar to charging the client UCC filing fees, Tax monitoring fee, Flood monitoring fee, etc). What are you all doing for this? If you're passing onto the client, how are you disclosing the fees?
