I don't think she cares about that. I think she's intended to cut him from the beginning (he's older-push him out, pretty sure she had data on the number of surgeries before she got there, etc). It would also explain why she doesn't want to fraternize with him too.

Honestly, Weber's character should retire. At this point, I don't think he adds much to the show as a central character.

On another note, I wish Kepner and Avery would get back together. I don't like Avery with the new intern. Though I was happy for Kepner when the EMT asked her out, since Avery dropped the "I'm seeing someone new" bomb.

You could be right especially since the story line with his wife is over.

So the hospital is being sold and the emergency room is closed. Why doesn't anyone suggest that the plane survivors give back their settlement and why aren't the others upset that that is what is causing the financial problems?

Dr. Bailey has made a few comments. One was something about not everyone having millions of dollars to fall back on if they lose their jobs...

Are you telling me you haven't seen the telegraphed punch of Meredith and McDreamy being the "needed donors"?

Can you imagine telling someone who lost their leg to give up their settlement when they are still in pain?

They are hinting at it with comments from the surgeon who is there to help "fix" the hospital.

Did any of you Grey's fans see the new show called 'Monday Mornings' last night? It's written/produced by David E. Kelley, and it was pretty darn good. It's on TNT, I think.
