Bank made loan to purchase property to be used as prin dwelling.

Customer is now refinancing this loan. They are renovating the property and still living in the original house with plans to move to this one when finished.

This one is going to take a long time, possibly more than a year. No new money is being advanced. So it is a straight refi now, but should I still code as owner occupied?
