I am installing bullet resistant glass in one of my high risk branches. This branch has been robbed 3 times in the last two years. Management was somewhat hesitate to approve this physical barrier but have finally given the okay. My concern is how to properly train my tellers on how to respond to a robbery while behind the glass with customers in the lobby etc.I would appreciate any advice you are willing to share.
