I guess I should be happy with V then also, at least I don't have to share! I started my re-read, but I think I started too early, I will probably be done in the next week or so. It seems I am waiting on books from a lot of authors right now!

Funny that no one got Phury! I am re-reading his book right now and wow, I forgot how he's such a whiner!

I think Phury's is my least favorite book in terms of the main story line anyways. I am on Zsadist's which I love love love.

I LOVE the scene at the end of Z's book where Bella goes to see him and he's all filled out again.......

His story is so heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. Dang, I think I'm going to have to dig that one out again.

I'm almost ready to start Z's book, just finishing Rhage's.

Is it twisted that I enjoyed the interactions with "the wizard?"

I think the end is great, and that he still had the necklace!! I always think Rhage gave up the most for his HEA, but Z worked the hardest to get his!!

I just started the BDB series. Finished book 1, and downloaded book 2 last night. Haven't had time to start it yet though.

This is your first time with the brothers? Be prepared to quickly purchase 10 or so books!!

Ha! Book 1 started pretty slowly for me. It ended well though, and I'm looking forward to starting the 2nd one! Good thing I got a B&N giftcard for Christmas...just keep downloading to the Nook!

Can you imagine the kinds of big brothers the Brothers would make? Rhage would tease mercilessly, and beat up any dates. Wrath would ‘lay down the law’, beat up any dates. Z would be quietly supportive, and beat up any dates. Tohr would help you talk out all your problems, and beat up any dates. Rehv and Phury would get you into all the hot spots with great clothes, and beat up any dates. V would help you with your college homework, and there would mysteriously be no dates left alive to… date.

I am on Payne's book now, while I was reading Phury's again, I realized it is just his story line I don't like in the book but the rest of it is great!!. BTW I can't wait to get to the part when Butch help's V exorcise his demons!!! (trying not to give anything away)

Yes, I totally agree! Actually, the second time around, I skipped over all the Wizard parts and it was much better. And I had forgotten that a lot of stuff happens in that book. Now I'm on to Rehvenge! I think he is my favorite, him & Zsadist.

I love JR Ward for her ability to dance along that line in various moments throughout the BDB series. I give her a lot of credit for her ability to write those scenes in a way that keeps you focused on how much you adore the characters, and not on anything too graphic. If I thought about some of the things her characters do in almost any other setting, I don't know if I could read it. But the brothers capture you so strongly that she can push you just as far as she does them... and always pull you back just in time.
