And think about it. All the earlier stories required the couple to sacrifice something pretty major in order to get their HEA. The last few, with the exception of Tohr, have been pretty inexpensive. So John Matthew had to give up his revenge on Lash. Big whoop. And Quihnn had to "come out." Again...meh. Where's Blay's price? Or Xhex's, for that matter?
I really want to know why the Murhder side-story that she spent so much time setting up in John's book got completely abandoned. It was (to me) far more interesting than whatever this cr@p is with Assail. And what about Lassiter? Is he just their mascot now or what?

Ahh! You guys killing me! I'm on "Enshrined" right now and Quinn just got beat up by his brother after he fought with Lash and the clinic was attacked by lessers. I've been reading a book in about 2 1/2 days but I need to read faster! The suspense is killing me!

First what is HEA?  There is an acroynm in the book I never figured out too, but I don't remember what it was. Also, I didn't think Xcor gave up his mancard...He's always had 'low self esteem due to his face and all...it's the first time a woman has even looked at him...can ya blame the dude?

Yes, I feel like she abandoned a lot of the 'side' stories. And also why does she abandon some of the friendships? Like why don't JM and Mary talk anymore? Or Mary and Bella? Why don't JM and Beth talk, I mean, they are siblings and all? How come No'One and Payne and Layla and the other Chosen don't talk to each other anymore? How come JM was no where to be found in Quay's book? That bothers me. -.-

I guess not enough space for all every time?? I don't remember JM having a part in this one except for the small part about relieving Qhuinn of his duties as his protector. Some folks, now that you mention it...weren't even mentioned in passing! Help me remember tho...is No'One still No'One, didn't she change to a 'real' name at some point??

I'm gonna go out on a limb here. I think they're going to find a loophole for Wrath and Beth under the heading of "closest blood relative" to provide the full-blooded heir. One of the guys of questionable parentage is going to end up Wrath's long-lost half-brother or cousin or something (heck, we've already got Butch and Manny in that bucket) and they are going to knock up a Chosen...bingo, heir requirement satisfied. I have a sneaking suspicion that the major plotline of "The King" will be parallel stories about more than one baby in that household and that her little announcement on that video was deliberately misleading. I am going to agree with "deliberatly misleading"!!!

You are so close if you are in Tohr's book!! I actually liked his book better the second time I read it. Me, too. There was a LOT I had forgotten about (or maybe just skimmed through too quickly) from the first time I read it.

RR Joker and RR Sarah It sure would be convenient if they 'needed' one of Xcor's men to sire a young for Wrath's line. Their histories must be intertwined from the Old Country somehow. It would also create a situation to bring the two sides together for the good of the race.
