I would say that this limitation would have to be disclosed in your Reg E disclosure.

Thank you. I thought that disclosure as well, but it's not on there. We use a disclosure provided by a company that provides our compliance disclosures. You would think they would have a section for it. I'll contact them. I appreciate your help.
