What date should be reported when you have multiple dates due to guarantors coming in at different times? The applications are spread out over a two week span. The current in-house procedures the bank has states to use the latest date but I'm thinking it should be the earliest date.

This is my first time to file the HMDA LAR and I don't want to get it wrong! Thanks for your input.

Guarantors are not applicants for the purpose of HMDA reporting. Your application date will be the date the applicant(s) first applied for the loan request. Any subsequent signers that are required to complete information would not affect that date.
