I am on it, but don't really use it much. I did participate in a book challenge (read X number of books in a year) a couple of years ago, and as a result I often get requests to participate in book group reads or challenges through Goodreads as well. Now that Amazon has bought them, I'm not sure how long it will really be a viable, independent entity.

::cue daydream music:: I was reading another book (I think it was a Gena Showalter) and there was a character who's last name was Lane. One of the males called her "Ms. Lane" and I about died laughing. No one says "Ms. Lane" like Barrons.

I came across a series by Elisabeth Naughton called Eternal Guardians. Not your usual vampire/shifter fare but rather based in Greek mythology. The first book, Marked, is free for the Kindle through Amazon right now.

Anyone start the new Dark Hunter series book, Styxx? I'm not too far, but I'm having difficulty because it's so disturbing. Wondering if I'm the only one. Was anticipating this book, but wow.
