LOVE The Darkness! Sabotage would be a good song to hear when sprinting for the finish line...

I decided to go kind of old school this weekend on my run/jog. I downloaded the Peter Gunn theme song, Green Onions by Booker T & the MG's, and The Battle of New Orleans by Johnny Horton. It was a nice change and Peter Gunn gave me a little swagger. wink

It is not possible to listen to Peter Gunn and NOT get a little swagger!

Pulling people out of the ditc...
download a couple of songs by Orbital or Mike Oldfield and you'll get through the entire workout, possibly on just the 1st song...

A CU, Where Regs Don't Apply
Bob Marley, Rammstein, or maybe some nice Drowning Pool.

No, not really. Well, the second two maybe. Upbeat or general rock stuff is what I'm using for training, races get angry music. For some reason, borderline rap stuff seems better when working with weights though, I'm not proud of it, but it's true.

When I lift, I dont really want to hear music that I actually like as much as listening to music that irritates me. I'm stronger when I have just a slight mad on. Running requires more fun or inspiration.

I hate to admit it, but I really like Flo and the Machine.
