LOVE The Darkness! Sabotage would be a good song to hear when sprinting for the finish line...

download a couple of songs by Orbital or Mike Oldfield and you'll get through the entire workout, possibly on just the 1st song...

My hubby found a song by accident that I LOVE:
"Inner Ninja" by Classified.

Bob Marley, Rammstein, or maybe some nice Drowning Pool.
No, not really. Well, the second two maybe. Upbeat or general rock stuff is what I'm using for training, races get angry music. For some reason, borderline rap stuff seems better when working with weights though, I'm not proud of it, but it's true.

When I lift, I dont really want to hear music that I actually like as much as listening to music that irritates me. I'm stronger when I have just a slight mad on. Running requires more fun or inspiration. I hate to admit it, but I really like Flo and the Machine.
