My bank is considering contracting with a third party to track property taxes. The company charges a fee for doing so. I understand that we can pass this fee along to the consumer as long as it is reasonable and it disclosed as a finance charge.

However, we are also considering whether we could charge an additional fee to reimburse the bank for the labor expense of actually paying the taxes? Can this fee also be charged to the consumer if it is reasonable and is disclosed correctly?
