We were recently cited by an external audit (by a firm we hired) which stated "There was no evidence the applicant received the co-applicant's reasons for denial."

I know we can't send the primary applicant the co-applicant's credit score, but should we send the primary person the reasons for a co-applicant's denial?

I looked through Reg B's 202.9, but cannot find what we were cited for. Please help?
