OMG i totally forgot about Zach's story!! is it lendable? I don't have the extra $$ to spend on books right now, so I've been sticking to the freebies.... but I need to read zach!

Wow I can't believe I forgot about Zach too!! Must investigate tonight... and I got your back Loralie if it's lendable!  Received The Wolf Gift by Anne Rice from a friend to read. Haven't started it yet tho.

Just picked it up now... it's not lendable on Kindle either.  Sorry Loralie!! Haven't read anything like these in awhile. The hubs will be happy.

Okay, I just purchased Once Burned. She is a new author for me, but I trust you ladies. You haven't steered me wrong yet. Husbands usually DO like when we read "those" books. You're going to be a little lost on some of the characters. This book is WAY down the series list for this author.

Existing characters from earlier series? It is 1st book in this series, though. Shoot.I like starting from the beginning. I just might try that then.

Vlad is a secondary character in her Cat & Bones (Night Huntress) series. You would probably be OK just reading this one to start with, but I think you appreciate the jokes and his actions more if you've "known" him from the other books.

If you haven't read the Night Huntress & Night Huntress World books, you definitely need to! As RR Becca said, you would probably be fine reading Once Burned, but you come to love Vlad in the other books (at least I did  ) and they are sooooo good!

I recently picked up a freebie on Amazon. It intrigued me since I am recently divorced, but I got more than I bargained for. It's a comedic romance that is HOT! Oh, if I could find a guy that could do....(well, you get the picture!) It's called something like "Divorced, Desparate and Depressed." I highly recommend the "good" parts!

I was on Amazon last night and see that Lover At Last (Qhuinn and Blay) by JR Ward has a release date of 3/26/13. I haven't pre-ordered yet but will do that soon.
