I seem to be having some trouble getting our staff to understand the liability our bank faces if our safe deposit box procedures are not followed and contents of a box are missing. I have looked online to see if there are any articles about a bank losing lawsuits over safe deposit issues. I am not having any luck finding any. I can see where people file lawsuits, but not whether they won or lost. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Keep in mind that some of these cases settle prior to a deision being made by the jury.
