Does anyone have a recommendation as to a course, publication or other, that could be used in teller training. I understand the UCC is the governing rule but I'm looking for something in english.

Have you looked at this Banker Tool?

It's still UCC, but I think it makes more sense the way this author approaches it by problem, rather than in the order of the law.
