I've had reluctance by some employees to inquire with a customer for an explanation on a large currency transaction because they don't want to upset the customer or risk losing their business. Even though we have discussed this should be done in a non threatening way, are there any suggestions to give to front line staff of how this can be done without putting them or the customer in an uncomfortable situation?

Pm me your email address and I'll send you some training material I have on how to get a customer to talk.
I can't herd the cats anymore, so I just set up the electric fences and let them fry when they stray out of bounds.
