Our bank is looking into purchasing an automated system to help with BSA review, documentation, high risk customer review etc.

One of the companies that provided a demo is from Bankers Toolbox, "BAM", Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering Mangement systems.

Does anyone use this system currently and if so what do you think of it?

We just purchased BAM and I am very happy with it. They were very helpful throught out the process and practically held my hand all the way. It's cutting down on monitoring time for me. We were completely manual before this. I highly recommend it.

Thank You. I do all of the monitoring manually as well right now. The demo made it look really good, but I wanted to check with someone that uses it and has gone through the setup to make sure.

I appreciate your input! smile

Before we went with them I got quotes and demos on Patriot Officer, Yellowhammer and Verafin.

I've been using BAM for years and just extended our contract. I've been very happy with it and our examiners like it as well. Customer Support is great.

I'll chime in for BAM! Same basic comments as Florida Babe. Relatively easy to implement, easy to use, gives me a lot more stuff than I had before, though you always have to be cautious (no matter what product) of overloading on information.

I'm a Patriot Officer fan myself. We've been using it since 2009 and have no reason to consider another vendor.
