When we checked credit for a potential new employee, we received a "substantial difference - address" discrepancy. (She just moved here from another state.) Under FCRA do we need to notify the credit reporting agency? This is my first case like this. Thanks

No - you do not report anything back to the credit bureau on reports pulled for employment purposes.
