BOL'ers - do any of you use FIS's product - FraudFinder? If so, are you using it real-time (at acct opening) or back-office? What are your thought about the product? Has it help identify any real fraudulent activity? Feel free to send a PM, if you wish to respond in that manner.

Chex systems is integrated in our core system so when the new acounts are opened we get the print out of the chex for the customers. I use Fraud Finder in the back office to monitor reportable activity. I get an email if any new information is added. Most of the time I receive notification after a new inquiry has been added to the record shortly after the account is opened. I normally look into it and notify the branch for any further action the Manager may want to take. We have been fortunate in that the fraudulent activity has been after we have turned down the account. I also keep the report for my security report to the board. Just to report in our efforts to prevent losses in the new accounts area.
