Hello. I have a question regarding wire transfers.

Does a physical address need to be identified on an incoming wire transfer? If so, is it the receivers responsibility to return the wire transfer if it doesn't have a physical address?

Also, is a physical address required on outgoing wire transfers or will a P.O. Box suffice?

If you look at the Travel Rules in the BSA exam manual it defines Customer Address. The term address means either the transmittor's street address or the transmittors address maintained in the FI's automated CIF (such as mailing address including a post office box)...
