How long are you retaining your Board minutes/packages? I have looked at the retention schedule for the state of KY and cannot find it. I have also tried to researsh KRS and cannot come up with anything. If you have any information on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Not sure of a citation for KY, but in any other State I have even been in, it is permanent. I cannot imagine otherwise.

Thanks rlcarey. I did find the statute for the retention of Board minutes. For anyone wanting to know it is KRS 286.3-375 in which it states that minutes kept for directors shall be retained permanently.
