TACO PIZZA

2 tubes crescent rolls
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
8 oz package cream cheese
1 lb hamburger
1 package taco seasoning
lettuce
tomato
cheese
onions

Spread crescent rolls in pan. Pinch seams and bake according to directions. Allow to cool. Combine cream cheese and sour cream and spread on cooled crescent rolls. Prepare hamburger with taco seasoning. After taco meat has cooled, sprinkle on top of cream cheese/sour cream. Top with veges and cheese.

To make this easier, use a Boboli pizza crust (or two) instead of the crescent rolls. No baking the crust is required.

Viola!! Bring chips and dig in. It has always been a huge hit, and very simple to make.

We call this Chicken Lip Dip where I am from. You have to use Franks Hot Sauce. It is the best!

I can't shred with 1. If you have a good 1-fork shredding technique, can you share?

EASY STICKY BUNS

Ingredients
• 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped in very large pieces
• 1 package (17.3-ounces/ 2-sheets) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
For the filling:
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 2/3 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a 12-cup standard muffin tin on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the 12 tablespoons butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Place 1 rounded tablespoon of the mixture in each of the 12 muffin cups. Distribute the pecans evenly among the 12 muffin cups on top of the butter and sugar mixture.
Lightly flour a wooden board or stone surface. Unfold 1 sheet of puff pastry with the folds going left to right. Brush the whole sheet with the melted butter. Leaving a 1-inch border on the puff pastry, sprinkle each sheet with 1/3 cup of the brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of the raisins. Starting with the end nearest you, roll the pastry up snugly like a jelly roll around the filling, finishing the roll with the seam side down. Trim the ends of the roll about 1/2-inch and discard. Slice the roll in 6 equal pieces, each about 1 1/2 inches wide. Place each piece, spiral side up, in 6 of the muffin cups. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry to make 12 sticky buns.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the sticky buns are golden to dark brown on top and firm to the touch. Be careful - they're hot! Allow to cool for 5 minutes only, invert the buns onto the parchment paper (ease the filling and pecans out onto the buns with a spoon) and cool completely

Oriental Cole Slaw

Serves 8-10

1—10oz or 2—6oz bags of coleslaw mix
2—4oz pkgs slivered almonds, toasted
6 green onions (can use dried minced onion)
2—3oz pkgs chicken-flavored ramen noodles
½ c sugar (can use Splenda—doesn’t combine together quite as well however)
½ c vegetable oil
¼ c cider vinegar (important to use cider vinegar as opposed to the white)
½ tsp each salt & pepper

Combine coleslaw, almonds & onions in large bowl; sprinkle with broken ramen noodles, reserving seasoning packet.

Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & seasoning packets in separate bowl, mix well. Pour over coleslaw mixture & toss well. Chill.

Needs to be prepared at least 1 hour before serving. Does wilt down—place into smaller serving bowl.

Well, I brought Sloppy Joe and an orange jello with those small oranges in it, covered in a whip topping of cream cheese, cool whip and powder sugar. (Kind of like a dreamsicle). The orange dessert went over great, the sloppy joe, well that was a waste of time and good meat.

How could people pass on the sloppy joes? I would have done my best to make sure you didn't have any leftovers to deal with!
