None that I know of. We do not report them to the board.
We do discuss any 'significant' teller outages at our daily officers' meeting. We've implicitly used $100 as 'significant'. The purpose of the discussion is to determine what happened, why/how, what's being done to correct the situation, and what was learned from the incident so that policy/procedure can be changed if necessary.
