Our bank is a Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) bank. Can the bank advertise MSHDA loans? We are looking to advertise Down Payment Assistance Program information being very specific (Listing 0% interest, No monthly payments, Minimum down payment, Sales prices limited to XXX, Household income limits to XXX to XXXX, and so on). Is this permitted and is there any compliance related issues that I might have.
