When reporting on structuring of cash deposits, is it appropriate to include the Cash In ticket in addition to the front and back of the deposit ticket in supporting documentation?

IMO, as long as the deposit ticket clearly indicates the amount of cash included in the deposit, you shouldn't need to also include the cash-in ticket with your supporting docs. The CI ticket is more of an internal requirement; as an on-line bank, we don't even use them.
