We would like to open accounts offsite. We don't have to be concerned with the location being seen as a "branch" do we? There would be no money paid out/back to customers, just acceptance of an opening deposit. No cash or checks will be accepted either.

How will you accept an opening deposit if no checks or cash will be accepted?

Funds from prepaid cards and opening with a zero balance while direct deposit is set up. Just curious, does it matter how the accounts are funded in determining if it's a branch?
