We want to put job applications on our website that will allow the prospective employee to print them out, complete and bring to our office. The format for these applications is produced internally. My concern is that they are not "exactly" like the forms we hand out from our office. There are not significant differences but I'm concerned that they are not exact. Could that be a problem?

Next, are there required posters, disclaimers, statements that we need to put on our website even if they are not applying electronically, just being able to print an application instead of stopping by our office to obtain?

Your internal forms are your internal forms. I see no reason they would need to match. The information you get is what is important along with any disclosures you need to make.
