We are thinking of allowing person to person transfers through our bill pay provider. Anyone have a risk assessment or good checklist we could use to satisfy examiners? Any advice or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.

Your getting as much response as I am related to the "cloud". I am going to ask a couple of the banks provided as references from the vendor if they have anything they would be willing to share related to risk assessment. You might want to explore that too.
