Jump on the bandwagon, Ratchjay. You can do it! My husband quit a few years ago. It took several attempts and was really hard, but he hasn't gone back.

I need to do the cut back gradually method i guess.....i just absolutely can't see me quitting cold turkey. My husband did it gradually and used the fake snuff. Think it was Smokey Mountain. It's always worth a try.
