Can someone help a midwesterner out? We have a fellow Iowan that purchased a condo in Florida, financed by us. It's in a special hazard zone and we have coverage docs from the condo association. Under the section on coverage, there is "Flood associated with Named Windstorm" and "Flood from other than a Named Windstorm." Are either or both of these the required flood insurance that we know and love?

I've not seen an RCBAP listed that way.

I have seen this language when a policy is stating what will NOT be covered by a standard non-flood hazard policy.
