We've had several customers saying they didn't do these, however it appears they are a fee related to acquiring some kind of payday loan online. I have other customers with them that have not disputed. Most of the time it's just a matter of not reading the fine print on a website. We use an affidavit for unauthorized remotely created checks (modeled after a forgery affidavit) since they are not signed items. We do a fed adjustment as a warranty claim, and don't give the customer credit back until fed gives us credit. Put it between the customer and the website and let them fight it out. We did have one customer that resorted to opening a new account because the drafts were coming through every 1-2 weeks.
Customers often claim scam on websites when they don't read the terms and conditions that mentioning they are signing up for a monthly charge or that there is a one time charge.
