Would an addendum to the TILA, reflecting only the payment stream, meet this standard of 1026.17, "The disclosures shall be grouped together, shall be segregated from everything else, and shall not contain any information not directly related to the disclosures required under §1026.18? In other words, can the TILA magic language occur in more than one page as long as the magic language is segregated from all the non-magic language?

Example: Consumer non-real estate loan TILA states "Payment Amount (See Addendum)", and the Addendum reflects the only the payment stream.

Not in my humble opinion. Referring to an addendum is not segregated.
